He started his career in TV publicity before rising through the ranks of the communications division in the national Labour Party where we worked under Prime Minister Gordon Brown and the then Leader of the Opposition, Ed Miliband MP.
He advised members of Labour’s frontbench on media relations before being headhunted to manage public relations campaigns for a variety of clients. He established the agency in 2015.

His career to date has quite literally spanned the world of Westminster to managing Westlife’s pop music comeback. He featured on The Guardian’s World Pride Power List in 2018 and 2019 as one of the most influential LGBT+ people in the UK.
He’s also a massive Liverpool FC fan.
The creative genius behind ThisGeneration’s award-winning PR campaigns! Laura joined the agency in 2019 after a career working within the communications division at Bank of America.
Laura is an expert in executing campaigns that really pack a punch and specialises in public relations, stakeholder engagement and event management.
When not at ThisGeneration HQ, Laura can be found at Goodison Park watching her beloved Everton FC.
A Hollywood-obsessive she also loves spending time in her spiritual home of Los Angeles.
ThisGeneration’s very own fashion icon broke into the PR industry whilst finishing University. He joined the agency full-time after graduating with a first-class history degree.
Excelling into a young PR powerhouse he is leading ThisGeneration’s campaigns within the charitable sector as well as major events such as the NatWest British LGBT Awards.
When he’s not securing media opportunities or planning campaigns, Josh can be found helping raise money for the 23 Foundation or keeping abreast of developments in the British fashion industry through the modern man's lifestyle bible, GQ!

Originally from Preston, Zoë’s northern grit and northern wit are ever present in our campaigns.
Outside of the office, she splits her time between live music concerts, experimenting with vegan cuisine and contributing to Grazia magazine.
The glue that keeps the office together and the “go to” girl for incoming enquiries.
Jess is responsible for the running of the office and manages all administrative, clerical and financial tasks.
A lover of 90s pop-music, she also likes to take charge of the daily office soundtrack!
Away from the office, Jess has a young family and loves holidays in Italy.
